Collective impact is a phrase used since 2011 to describe community leaders and organizations working together toward shared goals. Geneva 2030 works with dozens of local groups to improve the lives and the prospects of our children.

• Common Agenda: Common understanding of Problem, shared vision for change
• Shared Measurement: Collecting data and measuring results, focus on performance management, shared accountability
• Mutually Reinforcing Activities: Differentiated approaches, coordination through joint plan of action
• Continuous Communication: consistent and open communication, focus on building trust
• Backbone Support: Separate organization with staff, resources and skills to convene and coordinate participating organizations
