College and Career
The Geneva High School College & Career Center is the result of years of community collaboration.
The effort began with a Finger Lakes Community College AmeriCorps VISTA Pre-College Coordinator, grew through the vision and support of Blueprint Geneva and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and was strengthened through Geneva 2030’s coordination, collaborative funding, and Catholic Charities’ leadership.

Serving more than 200 students each year, the center provides individualized guidance while coordinating 10 college visits, 12 career conversations, FAFSA support, and other postsecondary planning opportunities.
This year, the Geneva City School District will take over operationof the College & Career Center, ensuring this community-built resource remains a permanent part of student support. As the district takes the lead, Geneva 2030’s College & Career Readiness Action Team is expanding its focus to strengthen youth engagement, belonging, and pathways to success after graduation.
