Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, belong, and thrive. That’s a big goal, but I’ve learned that our community is capable of big things when we choose to work together.

Over the past year, I’ve watched our network continue to grow, not just in size, but in trust, commitment, and a shared belief that we’re stronger together. Organizations are reaching across traditional boundaries, sharing ideas and resources, tackling challenges together, and recognizing that parents are experts in their own children’s lives. Those relationships are what make lasting change possible.

This report is more than a collection of accomplishments. It’s the story of what happens when a community shares responsibility for its children. Together, we’ve strengthened early childhood supports, expanded literacy opportunities, helped young people prepare for their futures, increased language access, launched new collaborative initiatives, and connected families with the resources they need to succeed.

There is still work to do. Barriers remain, and no single organization has all the answers. But every partnership formed, every conversation started, and every family welcomed into this work gives me hope for what’s possible. That’s what Geneva 2030 is really about, an entire community choosing to care, collaborate, and keep moving forward together.

None of this happens without partnership. Thank you to every organization, volunteer, funder, parent, and community member who invests your time, talents, and resources in Geneva’s children. You are helping build a community where every child has the opportunity to learn, belong, and thrive.

Network Partners

Some of Geneva’s biggest opportunities can’t be solved by one organization alone.

Geneva 2030 brings partners together to turn ideas into action, coordinating Action Teams, convening more than 55 network partners, sharing data, supporting collaborative grants, expanding language access, and helping organizations accomplish more together than they could alone. This year, collaborative efforts advanced Get Ready to Grow, the Child Savings Account Pilot, expanded language access services, and new partnerships that continue to strengthen opportunities for children and families.

Through shared data, grant support, and cross-sector collaboration, Geneva 2030 helps organizations align around common goals, secure new resources, reduce duplication, and measure community impact. By connecting schools, nonprofits, government, businesses, higher education, and families, we are building stronger systems, not just stronger programs.
